1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 299bate ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform available at https://299bate.net ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 299bate Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 299bate Platform. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. 299bate reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, though it remains the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. 3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 299bate Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If 299bate identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual (whether by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier), all accounts beyond the first registered account may be closed without notice, and any balances or winnings associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

Any activity carried out using your account credentials — regardless of whether you authorised it — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall remain liable for all associated transactions and bets.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

299bate reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably suspect or determine that:

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 299bate will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An inactivity fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance where the account remains inactive after notification. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in; reactivation automatically suspends any further inactivity fee deductions.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299bate shall not be liable to any Player for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from their use of the Platform, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms. 299bate's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
